How to defend in s 138 of n I act by defendant ..blank cheque issued to the lendor abd he himself filled a higher amount of 5 lakhs and made a forged signature of defender and filed a civil court case under s 138 NI act ..No supping documents submittedd except a bank memo of account closure and a legal notice ..
Pl email me the remedy and defence available for me .No summoning till date. Mat be in march 17 .
