Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
After dishonour of cheque under 489F if accused take plea that the amount of cheque is transfered/given to me against loan of same amount taken in front of two (02) witnesses before one month. Can we involve these witnesses as CW in magistrate court/private complaint and how can we prove their fake statement.
