Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

First of all Distt. Jalandhar police sealed my amount 45 lacs rupees and bank account complaint by parveen walia then I approach High court and high court give directions to commissioner of police for consider and decide the matter and after 15 days Jalandhar police release my account due to matter is hoshiarpur then same day and same time Distt. Hoshiarpur police seal my amount 45 lacs rupees and bank account by complaint of Parveen walia of same matter. Parveen walia gave written letter to police by mistake transfer the money in my account but actual is money is not transferred , according to bank statement money is cash deposit by self ( me : Raj kapoor ) , now please suggest me what I do ?
