Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My elder brother had a wife who suffered suicide 6 years back..a false case of304(b) has been implicated on my brother and my family members,my brother got acquitted from court three years back and IO has removed the name( under the supervision of dsp )of my brother's kiths and kins ...!
The name has not been accepted by
the hon'ble court , still the date is being given by the court!
Kindly guide as what would be the scenario of the case ..! Will the court remove the name of easily or would remove the name under the witness of the informant..!
Please guide us !

Ask said department of police (DSP)., through your public prosecutor to move an application for the Plea bargaining, & discharging connected charges upon same said offense at the Court Of Law.
