F A PERSON APPOINTED AS A MACHINISHT IN A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND AFTER THAT HE HAS GIVEN THE DUTIES OF check roll clerk.Then there is find some amount discripency and dismmised. is it possible that a person is appointed as a machinisht and goverment impose the all responsibilities of check roll clerk on it.
