How to get out of false case of murder as filed by other person.

Sir, unfortunately in such cases, you will have to face the trial and contest the charge sheet. However, if the falsity of the case is writ large from the charge sheet itself, then the Session Court may discharge you at the initial stage, itself. But whether that is apparent or not, can be opined only after seeing the charge sheet and knowing the facts.
