In the family court my wife produce forge documents of expense , and we prove in the family court that they are false documents forge by my ex-wife herself. Now as it is against the law , how I can file criminal charges against her . Can I need to file a case against her in the criminal court or civil court or family court. Need guidence.

It is not a good practice to involve women in criminal cases.. If you hate your wife leave her and if you wish to resettle with her then try to reconcile rather than making more complications.. For more consult internationallawyerinfo@gmail.com
