Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my father in law had made WILL jointly in name of my husband and myself but my husband has sold all the joint property by forging my signatures and purchased another property/shares etc in his single name , he had joined some religious cult and has never taken care of family . now he is threatening me and children that he will donate all property and is forcing us to vacate the house which was purchased by selling joint property. please guide what can be done to stop my husband from destroying family .
