I have filed case in 2013 against a guy who was my b.f it was a rape case because some ngo people asked me to do that so that he can marry me but now meanwhile trial was going on finally I have changed my statement and said what was true that I want to marry him but he refused to do that so I have to file rape case against him so can u tell me what are the consequences I have to face as I have changed my statement and what should I do

First, with change of your statement before court and also no other evidence against your bf, he will be acquitted. For you different statements before police and before court, it is up to the judge, whether or not to take cognizance of the offence you have committed in conspiracy with the NGO management.

Let me be frank. Statements usually made before police have low evidentiary value. Now don't change your statement and be firm of what you have stated before the Court.
