Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My friend was advising his relative on financial matters. Earlier he agreed not to blame my friend for stock market losses, however after receiving advice he wanted to blame my friend for losses in a subtle, indirect way. The relative mentioned that my friend will not be blamed for stocks not advised by him but he was silent regarding stocks advised by my friend.

There is written proof of this since emails are available.

Can relative be prosecuted under Section 321 IPC for deceitful behaviour?
