Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My friend is a doctor... He had his own clinic... After corona he stopped pracising and closed his clinic... He entrusted the keys to a neighbour so that when a maid comes for ckeaning he can open it... Doctor shifted to kerala.... Three months back we saw that the neighbour has opened the clinic and treating patients. We saw this in cctv... Immediately went there and took back the keys... But we didnt register any complaint at that time...he has stopped his adveture in the clinic but dont know whether continuing elsewhete... We have informed the public that dr has closed the clinic.... My question is is there any problem for not registering complaint three months back

if he ran the clinic illegally from your premises and if he did not possess the required qualification for the same, then any act of medical negligence done by him might put you in the trouble.
