Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi, i know a girl from March 4th 2018. We started liking each other and we started chatting about love and marriage and some intimate chats on WhatsApp. We mutually planned for a day trip on March 17th to know more about us. There is kissed her forehead, cheeks and neck and she kissed my forehead. We reached back to our place. I felt our characters doesn't suit for marriage and it will end up in too many problems. On the same day I said let's not get married and let's stop everything. From that day she started telling she will commit suicide, she will not go home. If I do not message or call she will say I will come and stand infront of you right now and create problems. There is no sexual relationship, no money transaction. She filed a case on me on section 420 IPC cheating in the name of love and marriage. Am out now in Bail. She has proofs like WhatsApp chats and photos. How will this case move forward? Will I be found guilty? If so, what will be the punishment?
