Hello,my husband is been externed for 2 yrs.he was caught once n cops made 142/325 arms act.he got surety bail n was out.after 6 days public caught him n took him to the police Stn.police filed 4 cases of 142 n 2 380 theft cases.fourth was the bail which he got for arms act was been cancelled.I wanted to ask for the chargesheet it would be counted days from the first time arrest or after the cancellation of the bail n what do I do to get the chargesheet earlier....

Filing of charge sheet is the prerogative of the Investigating agency. As and when the investigation is complete, the investigating officer will file the charge sheet. However, certain benefit is available to the accused if the charge sheet is not filed in 90 days. Externment comes under the provisions of state police law. You have not mentioned the state which has passed the order in your husband's case.
