Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Hi,
I know of a particular case involving two teenage boys of legal age. It went pretty viral.

So, this boy Hamza has a scuffle about a girl with the boy shoaib. Now, the real story is unknown. The part where he was killed varies greatly.
Story 1) Shoaib took the gun from his guard and shot the boy after hamza slapped him.
Story 2) Hamza slapped shoiab; shoaib went back to his car after his guard interfered. Hamza grew bold took the private guard's gun and held it to his chest shouting "pull the trigger if you are your mother's son" The guard just pulled the trigger. It was an Ak or some gun. A big gun.
Now. In each scenario what charge are the defendants facing. Murder or Manslaughter? Let it be noted that influential families can hire private guards for protection but these guards are not to brandish their weapons unless there is a dire need. Much less shoot a teenage boy. This boy was unarmed and did not pose a threat to anyone's life.
