Hi
we put a maintenance case from girl side.But before first proceeding from boy side they come for compromise and both girl & boy decided to live together. Now what happened is we from girl side attended first proceeding but from boy side not attended.Also court given next proceeding date also.But our Lawyer said its possible to put the case On hold till he take care his wife in good way after that we can remove case.Could you please tell us will it possible
