my husband a goverment employee and he blamed for Fruoud and make a cbi 7 cases agaisnt him lower court trail done and he get sentence of 4years now i want to know how he get bail to appeal in a higher court

a lawyer has to go through the contents of the FIR, chargesheet and the order of sentence and then an appeal to the higher court can be filed.
