Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I hv filed complaint against my husband in women cell. F.i.r was filed against husband of 498a but no arrest (dont know why) and I.o had submitted challan in court. Now as he was not appearing in court from last 2times N.b.w is issued against him. Could u plz tell me what is the further process. Now what will happen.

Dear client as n b w is issued by court then he have to appear in court to cancel n b w. Court may cancel his warrant and give him bail or may send in jail. For proper discussion call me
