Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am on Indian residing in UK. My brother and I are falsely accused by a relative in a criminal case that I called over the phone and threatened him. As per the case,My brother resides in india and the relative claimed that he threatened him in person. The judge has issued non bailable warrant. I have never received summon as I am outside india. The person who filed complaint didn't specify date or time of the call and didn't produce any proof except a false witness. I never called. The intent here is to harm me financially and settle a civil case.

- Did court follow proper procedure to issue NBW against me? are they supposed to issue summon thru external affairs ministry? What legal steps I should take now?

Thanks

The court orders need to be perused as UK is also signatory to the UN convention whereby the summons can be served through specified offices. You need legal representation.
