Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi LawGuru,
We are daily harrassed by our neighbour.
Always creating mental torture.
our 2nd floor neighbors water always leaked to our walls. my full house got cracks and wet due to it. can i file case against them or sue for damage my house.
please advice is their any action we can take to avoid such harrasment.

you can approach the civil court for appropriate orders against the neighbour.
