Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I live in India.want to know if the father can get the custody of the child who has not seen the child for 8 long years.

the custody of the child is granted keeping in view the interest of the child. If you have not seen your child for 8 years then instead of taking the custody try for visitation rights and get to know your chiold and have a bonding with him. Only thereafter think of custody.
