Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I had given a loan of 1lakh to a friend of my fiancé in august 2015. The person had agreed to return the amount with interest in 15 days. He had given car papers as sureity (i did not take ownership transfer as i trusted him). The cheque given by him bounced on 1st sep 2015 " payment stopped by drawer " He asked for time again n again till december'15 post which he stopped responding. Since i have exceeded 30 days time to send cheque bounce notice, what is way forward for me to recover money?
