Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I m a girl 23 years.. I met a guy in dance classes..he is 20 years old..he was teacher there and he and his jiju was owner of dance classes.i was student..after some days he started texting me on whatsapp and fb whole time..i use to ignore him..then one day he proposed me to marry..and said he dont want any sort of relationship with me but he is going to marry me and thus he introduced me to his jiju..he jiju said he is agreed for our marriage.and he will do our marriage after our studies get complete...and he wanted to talk to my mom..so he talked with my mom and that guy also met my mom at my home and said i wanted to marry your daughter..and he use to behave like son in law in my house...and he one day took me to his house to meet his sister..they all were behaving like they like me and wanted me as their daughter in law... But then one day that guy invited me in his classes to meet me and then forced me..i was crying but he said since he is going to marry me i dont have to worry and its his right to touch me coz he is my future hubby..i said its not ok but then also he forced me..i kept quiet coz i was scared and i thought i should forget that this happened..then i started ignoring him..coz i was upset but after some days we had a fight over this but after that i went to borivali station coz i was having classes there for ipcc..but i was upset so after classes i called him and told him to pick me up from borivali..then he came there but told everyone that i went there to commit suicide..then he met me after 2 days and said he wants to talk to me and took me to a cottage to talk..but there he again forced me and i was crying with pain and he was forcing me like animal i was crying with pain to stop but he said it will pain and i should start making a habit to bear this pain coz he will do this again and again to me.. and then i said i will report him to police he said i cannot do anything coz i went there with my own consent.and he said i should not overthink coz since he is going to marry me and its ok if he marry me then i have no loss.so again i dint told anyone about this..but then he suddenly switched off his mobile and stopped answering my calls..then he suddenly piccked up my call and said he is in ahmednagar..and left mumbai..coz his jiju terminated him from his job in mumbai..i was shocked how a jiju can kick his own relative from their own dance classes..and he said he dont want to keep any sort of relation with me and so i went to talk to his jiju that whats the matter and what is going on..his jiju's behaviour was changed he said he dont know me and i should talk to vicky(that guy) and his mother...so i went to ahmednagar to found out exactly what problem is.. I went there and vicky came and said that his jiju dont want this relationship so he was breaking up but now everything is ok..and he is going to continue our relation and behaved like nothing happened..after some days he again broke up with me saying he cannot continue coz our caste is different..but then i said that what he did to me is wrong and now i will go to police so he said no need to do that he will continue our relation and then i went to talk to his mom and meet him..i went to his house and tgen there again he tried to force me but this time i managed to keep him away..he and his mom was planning something in low voices i dint understood.. Then suddenly he introduced me to his mom saying he wants to marry me..but his mom said that since i m not of same caste it is not possible and since i m older than him i have trapped his son..and then i said his jiju and your daughter met me but she refused saying i was lying..then suddenly they both started talking sweetly with me and droped me at bus stop.he said even if his mother dint agree for the marriage he will marry me against them..i sent greetings and clothes on his bday which his mom also appreciated..but after 6 months suddenly he left me now by saying he is bored of me now..so i again went to his place to talk..but he left me highway and said "if you want to die then die i dont care.." so i said ok then i will die..he said die but leave my place and my name should not come in your death.. And left me all alone in that strange place..and he even called my mom saying aunty if she dies tell her to die at any other place..he even recorded a call forcing me to say that if i die he will not be responsible.. I was all day at ahmednagar that day..i called his mom that what his son did to me is wrong..she said if i want she will meet me..she told me to meet me up at 10:30 and then 3 and then 6.. But she dint came..so i called one of my friend from mumbai who arranged me a hotel to stay here and then i called my parents to take me from there coz i was not in a position to go home i was depressed..

1.Can i file any case on him for what he did to me? I wanted to file for sexual abuse but i think its too late and i dont have any proof..

2.i wanted to file a case against this classes coz i am not the only student there..teachers there flirt with every student.. There are 2-3 girls which Were student and vicky had relation with them..and they will accept this and may help me..
