Madam meri gf ko adj court ne balika grah bheja kyunki uski age 17 year 9 month thi.. Ab 5 april ko use adj court m wapis layenge major ho rhi h 5 april ko.. Wo mujhse marrige krna chahti hai. Wo muslim hai. Kya court use mere sath bhej dega. Aur court mujhe puchega kya use rkhna chahta hai ya nai... Plzzz give me advice..

i need more facts. If your gf gives the statement that she wants to go with you court may allowthe parents to take her custody.
