Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi , I was under monia desese (mentaly upset) in Feb12 during that period my wife left me and she file dowery, domestic violance , mantanace cases against me and my whole family.
what i can do to come back her from her parents home to my home and how can clear these cases.

That very disease may save you from criminal prosecution. If it can be proved that the act of cruelty or your bad conduct towards your wife was committed in a state of mental imbalance, you can be saved. You should immediately serve her a legal notice foe restitution of conjugal right and if she does not come, file a petition for RCR.
