Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

My mother was complainant private in section 420 she died while trail was going on later state became complainant and trail ended in dismiss my mother's complain l went in high court as aggrieved person under section 417(2-A) do l have any chance to be successful in my appeal as it is admitted in IHC and it is about a cheque which was dishonored and under order 37 it is degreed in my deceased mother name please help me to know my rights thanks masood orakzai

so far your money decree under O 37 is in your favor now recover your money if the order is not appealed against. the other round of litigation is about the criminal offence that too lies in your favor since your appeal is admitted.
