For your detail reply about defmation abroad case.

1. So you mean until Summons not reach at my abroad place, court will not start any proceeding ?

2. So I should wait for Summon receiving abroad and once received can ask lawyer to follow up the case ?

Is my understanding correct.

Yes

Meanwhile, you may also check as to what report the process server (the person who carried the summon at parents address) has given on the summon to the court. What if the process server gave a report of service or refusal (which also means served), then in that case the complainant may not send fresh summons at australia address.
