After mutual settlement in divorce case , during withdrawal of DV case by the wife should the husband and family members( respondents) appear before court for withdrawal of DVcase

it is not necessary for the respondents to appear at the time of withdrawal by the complainant. But it is advisable for any one to cause appearance so as to ensure the withdrawal and other statements have been entered before the court in terms of the settlement.
