Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I was an NRI living at Dubai, I was cheated by a girl in marital life relationship, she used me for money, not co-operated for marital life at all, she is from Karnataka place, my native place in andhra pradesh, marriage was held in karnataka state only, she ever came to my native place andhra pradesh, I sent money from dubai, she came to dubai once and forged my signature to cancel visa and came down to india, now i came down to india, lodged a 420 cheating case in andhra pradesh court, she filed quash petition pointing that ""offence place, cause of action was karnataka and dubai, so andhra pradesh court do not have right to run the case, andhrapradesh court do not attract any jurisdiction to run the case, so case should be quashed"" she filed criminal petition to quash.

I need help to run the case at my native place is andhra pradesh only, is there any law section to run case at victim native place? please suggest me...according to which section and law? we can run case at native place, victim place, how can we determine jurisdiction a person cheated in other person in relationship? An NRI can lodge a case at his native place?? please give advices(any law sections, criminal proceedings sections, acts, articles) to run case at my native place at andhrapradesh.
