Legal Question in Criminal Law in

I took personal loan from hdfc bank 9 lakhs for 60 emi and 30 emi complete now I have no job and not able to continue .

I told them to negotiate it a amount , but they telling give this month emi then it will be solved. In this way after 4 months they did not do .

I have 3 cheque with bank

now what will be the result? what is bad situation ? local police will disturbe ? or when bank will file case then it will be solve ? tell please .

it may not be a case of local police. it is only after the dishonour of your cheque hdfc may file a case after giving you notice, which you may contest. Normally at that stage the banks come for settlement.
