Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A police officer is harassing me. He says that my ex employer has made a complaint against me.
He is a close friend of my ex employer.
More over the office of my employer is out of his juridiction area.
What should I do.

YOu should file a complaint in your local police station. He can not harrass you.
