Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

can the prosection file a complaint in another police station for the same offence if the accused has been discharged from the other police station for that offence . for ex A is the accused and B is the prosecution if the complaint is filed by B at police station X and based on the investigation no charge whatsoever can be framed on the accused can B go to another police sation and file the same complaint against A for the same offence

For one incident, only one fir is permissible. The Second Compliant / FIR based on the same compliant is not permissible. There is a supreme court judgment to that effect.
