Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I have put 22A application in court for FIR registration. My question is if I withdraw my application and go back to police for continue process of police, the forum of court still available for me in future or not., If police does not register FIR?

dear if before 22 A application you not submited any application for lodging of fir then its batter to withdraw and apply to concern PS and then on there refusal apply to justice of peace under 22 A.
