Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada

Here's my question I was on probation I smoked weed the hole time I had no urine tests I'm finished probation but some one is going to tell my probation officer that I did indeed smoke during my probation can I still get in truble even tho I'm done probation?

Indeed you can. If you committed an offence in the past, you can always be charged later. Typically though, these kind of charges are only started during the currency of the probation at the instance of the probation office or the police. Moreover, if you were guilty, you were guilty of two offences, the first being possession of marijuana. I have never heard of anyone being charged with possession of a drug based on someone's word only.
