Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected sir,my father is falsely implecated in cr.pc 420&406 in 2008 bt when my father apeare in court on gvn date then opp. party creating trouble at the stage of kidnaping and for murder from the place near dm & ssp office on dated 31-01-09 after it my father complened with written application to ssp bt till now no any action has been taken by police.And my father is so affared that's why he is unable to putting himself in court on gvn date without any leagle security or any leagle option.so what I do?

You should move an application in the same court narrating that incident and pray for adequate security for his appearance.
