Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I have had sexual intercourse with a married women who was residing at her sasural on her consent with the promise to marry with her.A Panchayat was subsequently convened
but I did not accede to its verdict .Again I gave an
assurance that the case will be compromised and further I will marry
with her and will reside at Darbhanga. Subsequently, case was
withdrawn and on account thereof, her husband ousted her. I continued with the aforesaid behaviour and always assured
her that marriage will be solemnized.All of a sudden after some days I got married with another women.
will i be punishable under section 376 ipc.?
or please provide me any judgement of supreme or any high court related to this matter..

if you are an accused your lawyer will provide you with the judgement.And yes you are liable to be prosecuted under sec 376 and many other sections.
