Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir please advice me......as we are having a criminal appeal in high court.....in ipc 302.....and its 1st listing date is 2nd of jan 2018........and my lawyer have informed about this......and told us to ce with all legal documents concerning the case file to prepare a paper book and when i asked him that isnt any nbw get issued in accordance with us....or not if we are coming on the date ....he stated nothing such happen.....so please advice.....me quickly.....as what is actual situation of the case....what might be the necessary step could get taken by court and could be done by us to prevent any causality......please advise me sir.....
