Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir, I file a case under section 138 of IPC . but the office of the party had moved on and his father refuses to accept the court notice saying "I have no longer relation from my son against whom I file case." Now my lawyer said me to find him ... but i am unable to do this. now what I should do so that I can get my money back soon ......
