Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello sir. My name is Kanika Bansal. I am from punjab. I need a legal advice regarding a case. One consultancy named Success 4 career solutions based in noida contacted me regarding a job opening in Axis Bank for chandigarh location. They asked for registration fee. I paid that amount. Thereafter their charges kept mounting sometimes security fees or document verification. A total of 70700rs i have paid to the consultancy in installments. When i asked them i dont want to pay any other amount, kindly give me final offer letter of bank or refund my entire amount as you promised me, they stopped picking my calls and did not respond to any of my emails. The one letter they provided stating axis bank's offer letter later proved to be fake. Sometimes they did not write the date, the next time they did not mention the venue intentionally. All the payments were paid into different bank accounts of consultancy and its saving accounts of concerned persons. No payment was given in cash to any person personally. I have all the records when and in which form the payments were made. I searched it on websites, their are many other people who were cheated by this company exactly in the same manners by same persons, same names, same contact numbers and same job offer in Axis bank and like that. All the conversations and all the transaction proofs are with me. The conversation through emails is the main proof where they have asked for money every time and assured me to refund my money at the time of interview. Kindly guide me how to get my money back? Whether i should complaint to the police or should i file a court case and which type of court case. Also how and in which departments can i file this complaint like cyber cells, prime minister office, Noida DGP office,Punjab DGP office, Local SSP Office, Crime Branch etc. Also guide me with any other option with address. I want my money back and want to send this organization behind the bars so that they do not cheat any other person. Thanks with regards, By:Kanika Bansal (Punjab).

1 Answer from Attorneys

1) already advised u to file FIR at the nearest police station. This is a fraud. Any delay will make culprits escape.

Chances of recovery are bleak.

2) Why r u wasting ur time just repeating the same question on all law forums.
