Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hello Sir / Madam,

My name is Ashik,

i have a case of my brother in law leasing a piece of land to a petroleum company by forging my sign in 2005. The land deed is in both of our ownership as per the land document. I was also involved in the setting up of the petrol bunk. But as per his words, we were to get a lease amount of Rs. 10,000/- each per month. All the dealings with the petroleum company was done by him. This bunk was sactioned for the mother of a Kargil martyr. But after the installation, I found that he had already made the lease deed for Rs. 125/- per month. On taliking with him, he told that we can get the lease amount only after 6 months and he kept extending the dates. As he is one among the family, my family members also insisted on not going to the court. We started this business o partnership, but as of day there is no written agreement between us. my only hold is that half of the land is in my name. I sent a notice ot him in 2008, for which he cam for a settlement and told that he will pay the amount in a month , but nothing happened. In between he threatened me for life with his few accomplices who have a criminal back ground. I am helpless. I have been going through very bad time. My only hold is that half of the land is in my name and that the lease agreement done in my name is forged along with the thumb impression. Can you please advise me a way to chargesheet him or to stop the functioning of the bumk, so that he will try to close the issue.

My email id is [email protected]

Ashik First of all better to file a police complaint alongwith whole detail and put your information application to the police that if anything happens to you then your brother in law will be held responsible.

After that you may fight any battle, else your life will be in danger, coz he is having lease deed of Rs.125 and after your death he will strict on the same.

Good luck
