hello sir can you please tell me the meaning of this judgement, i have filled the case for quashing of FIR and the judge has come up with this decision "After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays

for permission to withdraw the instant petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn." can you please tell me wether tghe fir has been dismissed or not
