Sir
I have taken money from financer around 2 crores I have given cheques & notes to him.
Now he is asking money from me but I have
No money I have asserts only.that also they
Are in bank loan. Now he is treating me in cell and coming to house at nights what shall I do?

You cannot refuse to pay the loan amount. Is there any loan agreement? What do the terms state? Financer has no right to harass you in such a manner. Consult with details. Sidharth - 9811776422
