Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hello sir.
In 125 maintenance case, judge ordered on my interim application...my husband is not coming in court since 7 months. I hv sent order copy as well as interim order recovery application to him... though he has not came today. What shud i do ?
Shud i run my case in his absence and can i get ex parte order ? Is it possible ?
Or
Court will direct me to inform/ update him abt my chief examination affidavit or any other progress in my case to be remain him in court.
What shud i do ?? Which is best way to proceed ?
Kibdly guide me.

in case he or his lawyer are not appearing in the court, the court may proceed ex parte. for the recovery of maintenance, execution petition can be filed.
