Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi sir,
We are a registered society of orphan child in india..recently we got an Idea on fund raising from Uk charitable trust..we are planing to raise funds with the caption.."HELP FOR ONE AND WIN PRIZES" Concept.
But we are waiting about legal problems [;ease give me advice from U..is there any legal problem with this concept according to the Indian Law..Are we can carry on with this concept.
please give me Ur best suggestion on it to Help the poor and orphan child.

Int agree. on one hand you are asking for donation to run the orphanage and on other hand you have funds to give away prizes. I dont subscribe to this. How will you show the amount spend on prizes in your accounts?? will you use donation money to buy gifts for donors??
