what section can be applied in the following cases:-
-where court did not consider the full facts of the medical evidence of the doctor who conducted the postmortom.
-where court did not appreciated the cicumstancial evidence parallel to,since no eye witness is their in the case.
-where the aquittal is improper and against the appreciation of law.
