Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Can a spouse and sister of a Complainant can appear as a witness in criminal case, especially when both these witnesses were not the eye witness but they got to hear an incident over the phone call narrated by the complainant ?

any one can be a witness depending upon the circumstances and things to be proved. But hear say evidence is not admissible.
