Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

When a court passes a life sentence it means that the offender will be subject to that sentence for the rest of their life. When passing a life sentence, a judge must specify the minimum term that an offender must spend in prison before becoming eligible to apply for parole.if there was an option of parole because a sentence may be with or without the possibility of parole.but the period which a court specify must be completed and full sentence of life imprisonment may or may not be determined.
