my uncle hittied me with brick due to property lssue i t was killing attempt on that day i got treatment form a registered doctor and was admittied in his hospital my father launched fir against my uncle police wanted mnc report from that hospital hosiptal gave mnc report saying that i was killing attempt and injury was serious and summited to that police station after 2 days when i was in hospital not able to move and talk police says that i should go to goverment hospital for mnc , mnc given by the private hosiptal is not valid and they not taking proper action against my uncle , not registering attempt to murder charge can u help what us right

If the police is not Registering the FIR then complain to the Magistrate u/s 200 R/w 156(3) Crpc for registration of FIR u/s 307 IPC. You may also drop a detailed query at [email protected]

ATTEMPT TO MURDER CHARGE CAN BE MADE IF U STAYED AT HOSPITAL FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS DUE TO THAT ASSAULT IN THIS SITUATION UR UNCLE CAN BE TRIED UNDER SEC 325 OF IPC THAT IS CAUSING GRIEVOUS HURT BY BLUNT WEAPON.
