I am in USA todays. In my native town a person lodge a FIR against two persons and also nominated me that these two persons alongwith me received money from me to give land against this amount. I never know this complainant nor any deal with this person. But the FIR is nominated against three persons. The offence was in the year 2010. But now when 2015 I came USA he lodge FIR. He has no documentary or other proof against me. How I face this case can any attirney present my case.
