Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Wife �Y� of husband �X� started talking one Mr �Z� on phone via SMS and phone calls. The call details of Y were fetched from operators inoriginal. The analysis of the call details with locations revealed following facts:
1. The volume of calls and SMS is extraordinary large.
2. Timings are ranging from early morning (3am-5am) and contineously upto late night (11pm-12am).
3. The number ID used for sms is �00� but the same for calls is �11�
4. The traced ID for number 00 is Mr. �A� (fully identified with address and all family members� names and his origianl LL phone numbers and mobile numbers). �A� says thet the ID was used by �Z� and arranged for a talk with �Z� who admited or sms etc and promised to stop all in future.
The traced ID for number �11�was bought from Mathura and is of Mr. �B�(fully identified with address and all family members� names and his origianl mobile numbers). Mr �B� is a flop industrialist ( as he tried to cheat excsie by producing forged bills for cenvat) from Surat now doing service in Surat and is an aged person. Mr �B� said the ID was used by his servant �Z� but now it will be stopped.
Mr.�A� is working in Jaipur with Mr. �C�, brother of Mr �Z�. Mr �Z� and �C� used to live in Ratangarh (parental city of �Y�). According to neighbours of Z &C, they cheated many people in Ratangarh in 2008 and ran to Surat. There they again cheeated and now living in Jaipur and Mathura.
5. Inspite of all of them having phones in there own name they are using cross ID for enticing �Y�. They have tried full to hide there own ID. Also using different ID for SMS and voice calls.
This type of mode of operentice idicates toward a would crime of trfficking of ladies. Can Mr �X� file any type of case against these cheaters as the life of his wife and child are in danger.
