Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I had written a letter to be filed as a complaint against my ex boyfriend for cheating, sexual abuse, blackmailing, extortion.
I wrote it and gave it to my lawyer. now, I don't want to go ahead with it.
My ex boyfriend has a similar complaint already lodged and a case is going on in the high court.
The previous complaint and this is done by the same lawyer but we are two different girls.
now, i dont want to go ahead with it! he wants to. can he file a complaint taking my name? if yes, what do i have to do to avoid it? please help.

Find out status of complaint and then decide further recourse.

If on the basis of your complaint, a crime was already registered by police, then you can not withdraw the same with police.
